How to upload a new listing?

May I upload my pictures?


Yes! Please, follow these steps:

  1. Press 'Upload the listing' button.
  2. Fill in all the necessary information.
  3. At the bottom of the page you will find the section for uploading pictures. Press 'upload pictures' and choose ones from your computer.




How early on do I have to book equipment?


The sooner, the better. Especially during a high tourist season and public holidays.




What is the cancellation policy?


You may cancel all or part of requested Services up to 7 days before the delivery date and receive a full refund of all applicable fees except the service fee. If you cancel 3-7 days before the delivery date, you will receive a refund of 50% of all applicable fees except the service fee. If you cancel all or any portion of requested Services 2 days before or day of delivery, you will be charged a 100% of the totall amount.




What happens to the service fee if my order is cancelled?


If a Partner cancels or removes a part of your reservation on their behalf, we return the service fee to you. If you cancel a reservation, the service fee is non-refundable. If you choose to remove a portion of your reservation, the service fee is non-refundable.




What is and where do I find the service fee?


After entering the dates for a reservation on the listing page, you will see the service fee included as part of the reservation details. Usually it is betwenn 3 and 5% of the total amount.
